Reservation & Payment Terms

To confirm any booking it is necessary to follow the instructions below:

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total cost
  • A full payment of your booking.

Booking is validated by using the booking / order ID as the payment reference. 

Payments can be made using:

  • Paypal: PayPal lets anyone with an email address send and receive money online, and is the most experienced credit card and check processing company on the internet.
  • Bank transfer: A bank transfer can be made to 1)Piraeus Bank, 2) Western Union
  • The deposit (30% of the total cost) or the full payment must be paid within 5 days since your booking request.
  • The deposit (30% of the total cost) or the full payment must be paid 7 days before arrival.

All transactions are made exclusively in euros (€).

Any bank transfer / currency conversion costs are borne exclusively by the visitor / customer.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation or for any change from the initial booking, the following applies:

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given will be refunded. The return is made within 30 days.

In case of cancellation for less than 20 days from arrival, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future stays.

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 100% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.

If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, is no refundable but can be used for future stays.

In case of early departure the customer / guest is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the days spent overnight.

In case of one day stay and as long as there is no problem on behalf of Efi’s Home, the customer / guest is obliged to pay the total cost of the reservation.
